We pack your product into the gift box/ gift bag with an additional carton box as outer layer.
For gift box, an additional layer of paper wrapping will be provided to wrap the product as gift, including a paper bag, before packed into gift box.
We unable to modify the online order upon checkout completed and order confirmed. You may consider to cancel the online order and place a new online order with your preferences.

(With Wrapping Service)
Product will be packed into the gift box/ bag.
Price tag will be cut-off the selling price or pasted with white label.
Selling price will be hidden in the invoice.
(Without Wrapping Service)
Gift box/ bag will be packed separately. (Required to assemble yourself)
Price tag and invoice will be included.
Our system will detect your product sizing if accommodate with our gift box/ bag and choose for you automatically.
If you purchase multiple items, our team will try to pack all items into the gift box/ bag. Any excessive item(s) will pack individually without the gift box/ bag into carton box.
Total 9 lines with 40 characters each. Only English Alphabet is supported and no emoji or pictograms.
If you are able to cancel the online order within 30 mins upon order confirmation, we will proceed as full refund (including the gift service charge).
Should you have received the online order and requested for return & refund, the gift service charge will not be refunded.
