Track My Order Your tracking number will be provided to you via automated email once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, it will be visible within 24 hours.
• To track your order, click ""TRACK MY ORDER"" and enter your 18 digits tracking number (Eg. UNQLOxxxxxxxxxxxx) on NinjaVan's tracking site to check the progress of your delivery.
• Kindly contact our Customer Service centre should you have any further issue with the tracking number.
Return / Exchange Support If you are not satisfied with your item, we accept product exchanges within 30 days as long as it meets our Returns Policy.
