Terms & Conditions of Pre-Order Sale
UNIQLO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. (Company Registration No. 201001020264 (904031-T)) ("UNIQLO”, “the Company”, “us” or “we”) establishes the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") regarding the sale of UNIQLO pre-order item (Pre-Order Item) designated by the Company for pre-order sales ("Pre-Order Sale"). Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our Terms of Use ("Terms of Use").
Article 1 (Scope of application of these Terms & Conditions)
This agreement applies to "Pre-Order Sale" at this website. You are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions by submitting to the Company for the “Pre-Order” Sale.
Article 2 (Application for “Pre-Order” Item)
By placing an order from this website, you are offering to purchase the Pre-Order item. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of acceptance by us.
If it is found that your membership is revoked due to a violation of the Terms of Use of this website, including but not limited to resale of UNIQLO products or carry out any Prohibited Conduct/ Behaviour, or the Company determines, at its sole discretion, not to accept your offer.
When UNIQLO accepts your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the estimated time and date of delivery of the Pre-Order Item. A contract is formed between us for your offer to purchase the Pre-Order Item when we accept your offer and received full payment from you. You shall provide the details, including shipping address, name of the recipient, contact number, to the Company to arrange for the delivery. If there are any changes to the shipping address and recipient, you shall contact the assigned courier service for further assistance. Please refer to our Order Cancellation & Amendment FAQ.
Article 3 (Payment)
Payment for Pre-Order Item shall be made in full by credit card, debit card, or other payment method specified by the Company from time to time.
If you choose to purchase using a credit card or debit card, you shall provide credit card or debit card information to the Company when offer to purchase for Pre-Order Item. Upon receiving your order, we will conduct pre-authorizations checks on your payment card or account to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Article 4 (Delivery)
The Company shall deliver the Pre-Order Item to the shipping address provided by you. However, due to the nature of Pre-Order Sales, a certain period of time is required until the Item is delivered. In the event, there are any changes to the estimated delivery time of the Pre-Order Item, we shall notify you via email. The Company will not be responsible for any delays of delivery.
You may purchase for multiple items, inclusive of Pre-Order Item and non Pre-Order Item, if the Pre-Order Item is available within seven (7) days of its launch. Both Pre-Order Item and Non Pre-Order Item will be delivered together. When UNIQLO accepts your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the estimated time and date of delivery.
The prices exclude delivery cost. Delivery costs will be charged, such additional charges will be clearly displayed and included in the “Total Cost”.
Article 5 (Handling of Information)
UNIQLO will handle information obtained from you through this Pre-Order Sale based on the Company’s 's privacy policy. Please refer to our Privacy Notice.
Article 6 (Cancellation of Pre-Order Item)
There shall be no cancellation once the sale of the Pre-Order Item is accepted by UNIQLO. Cancellation is only possible within 30 minutes after checkout.
In the event of the following below, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel the transaction without prior notice.
(1) If you violate or may violate these Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use, or the terms of use regarding the online store of our affiliates;
(2) If the pre-authorizations checks for the payment card is not successful or disapproved;
(3) When the Pre-Order Item cannot be delivered due to error in the shipping address, or reasons not attributable to the Company, or you refuse to receive the Pre-Order Item;
(4) When a minor applies for Pre-Order Sale;
(5) In addition to the preceding items, if you performed an act that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate, or if it is determined, at the Company’s discretion, that it is appropriate to cancel the transaction with regard to the Pre-Order Sale.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
By delivering the Pre-Order Item to the shipping address provided by you, it is deemed that the obligation of the Company has been fulfilled.
All product descriptions, information and materials posted on this website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permissible by law, UNIQLO does not provide or make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied about the Pre-Order Item and all implied warranties are hereby disclaimed. UNIQLO is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages; or for failure to deliver the Pre-Order Item; or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Article 9 (Priority)
In the event that the provisions of these Terms & Conditions and the provisions of the Terms of Use are different or inconsistent, the provisions of these Terms & Conditions for Pre-Order Sale shall take precedence.
