Multibuy is a new bundle promotion available for selected products, allowing you to enjoy special discounts when purchasing two or more items together, as opposed to buying them individually at regular prices.
1. Access the items eligible for Multibuy by clicking the 【Multibuy】 category.
2. Select your desired item category.
3. Select your preference item, which indicated as 【Multi-Buy】 for eligibility.
4. Add the items to your cart. You can combine multiple color within the same item.
5. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout page upon meeting the minimum purchase requirement, with the 【Multibuy Applied】 tag displayed.

1. Can I place an online order with a Multibuy item(s) together with other non-Multibuy item(s)?
Yes, you can mix and match eligible items to qualify for the Multibuy discount. Just ensure that you meet the minimum purchase requirement to receive the discount.
2. Can I return Multibuy item(s)?
We are sorry to share that Innerwear and Packaging item is not entitled for Return and Refund.

3. How do I know if the Multibuy discount had been applied to my order?
You will see the 【Multibuy Applied】 reflected in your shopping cart or checkout page should the minimum purchase has been met.
4. Can I combine different Multibuy item(s) to enjoy the discount?
You can combine different Multibuy items, as long as the product category & price range is same. For example, you can combine 3 different socks design, which under Multibuy category and the original unit price is the same.
Multibuy discount will not be applied if the items are from different category. (Below example: SUPIMA Cotton Boxer Briefs vs High Rise Briefs). .
5. Can I cancel the order or change the size/ color for my Multibuy item(s)?
You have the option to cancel your order within 30 minutes after check out. Please click (here) to learn more.
However, we're unable to make any changes including cancellation, changing the size or color after 30 minutes of order confirmation.
