The coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding a product.
Any returning online order that goes below the coupon minimum spend, the discount will be voided and deducted from the product value.
Please refer to the below examples as your references:
Scenario A: Order value above the coupon minimum spend.
Order Value (before coupon discount applied): RM 300
Coupon Used: Off RM 15, minimum spend RM 150
Price of the returned product: RM 50
Remaining Order Value (after returned): RM250
Total Refund Amount: RM 50
Scenario B: Order value below the coupon minimum spend.
Order Value (before coupon discount applied): RM 300
Coupon Used: Off RM 20, minimum spend RM 200
Price of the returned product: RM 120
Remaining Order Value (after returned): RM180
Total Refund Amount: (RM 120 - RM 20) = RM 100
