Q. Can purchase history replace receipt / invoice

Your UNIQLO App purchase history is not a receipt, and cannot be used to return or exchange items. It is simply a record of your purchases.

To return or exchange an item, you are required to have the original printed receipt or online purchase invoice. Learn more about our Return & Exchange policy
