There is no fixed delivery timing for this Click & Collect: Same Day Delivery service.
The parcel will be ready around late evening, and please wait for the email notification (parcel ready for pickup), confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store, before your visit to collect.
No, this is not necessary. Similar to our regular Click & Collect service for all physical stores, you will have 21 days to pick up your package from the time it arrives at your selected store.
After 21 days, your order will be cancelled and automatically refunded in your original mode of payment
Yes, your family or friends can collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf.
Please share your pickup notification email (with QR code) and order number with your family/ friends. They are required to present the information to our staff in UNIQLO store when collect the parcel.
