How do I know whether I'm eligible for the free gift? 

Place an online order with online alteration service in between 27 December - 2 January 2025 to entitle for a limited novelty, while stock last. Available for selected bottoms only and maximum 1 set novelty per order. In the event that you did not receive the novelty despite meeting the redemption criteria, it may be because the novelty stocks have run out.

The novelties will not be reflected on the online order checkout page, however it will be indicated on your physical invoice. The novelties will be shipped together with your order. 

What is the selected bottom that is eligible for alteration?

Our alterations service are available for (shorten only) selected UNIQLO bottoms only. This includes chinos and leggings pants. 

Please note that alteration for these bottoms will affect the tapered silhouette.

Alteration is NOT available for the following products: 
1) Short Pants
2) Ankle & Cropped Pants
3) Jogger Pants
4) Ultra Active Pants
5) AIRism Leggings
6) Lounge Bottoms
7) Skirts & Dresses
8) HEATTECH Products
9) Non-UNIQLO Products

What if I have entered the wrong address or need to change my delivery address?

If your order is still within 30 mins after order confirmed, please cancel the order and resubmit a new order with the correct address. 

If your order has been processed and shipped out with a tracking number, please contact DHL (here)/ PosLaju (here) for further assistance to change your delivery address.
