    “UNIQLO SUW X CLASSPASS” TERMS & CONDITIONS
    A. General
    1. This “UNIQLO SUW X CLASSPASS” (“Campaign”) is organised by UNIQLO (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, Company No. 201001020264 (904031-T)] (“UNIQLO”).
    2. The Campaign is subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein and UNIQLO reserves the right to vary, add, modify and/or alter these terms and conditions as and when deems fit. Such variations will be communicated through UNIQLO’s official communication channel (UNIQLO Malaysia’s Official Instagram page, @uniqlomyofficial).
    3. The customer declares that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions herein and agrees to be bound by them.
    4. Please be advised that fraudulent accounts impersonating UNIQLO are active. UNIQLO will not reach out to the customers directly, nor will UNIQLO send or direct the customers to any third party links.

    B. Customer Eligibility Criteria
    1. The Campaign is open to:
    i. Customers aged 18 and above; and

    ii. Customers who have a valid and active UNIQLO Application (App) Membership.
     
    C. Eligibility and ClassPass Offer
    1. To be eligible to receive the ClassPass offer, you are required to:
    i. Purchase any Sport Utility Wear (SUW) item listed on the SUW Collection page (https://www.uniqlo.com/my/en/women/sport-utility-wear) (applicable for SUW Women, Men and Kids) from UNIQLO website and App, together known as UNIQLO e-Commerce site (“UQ EC”) during the Campaign Period.

    ii. Upon purchase of SUW item during the Campaign Period, you may receive a Thank You Card in the parcel. The said Thank You Card will contain a QR code to access to the following:-
    One (1) month free ClassPass trial (applicable for new member/sign up to ClassPass); or Fifteen (15) bonus credit when the existing plan is upgraded (applicable for existing member to ClassPass). (“ClassPass Offer”)
    iii. The ClassPass offer is available on a first come first served basis, subject to availability. Purchase of SUW does not guarantee receipt of the ClassPass offer if the allocated offers have been fully redeemed or exhausted at the time of redemption.
    iv. One (1) parcel will receive one (1) Thank You Card.
    2. Upon purchase of SUW item during the Campaign Period, customers are deemed to have read  and accept these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Redemption and use of ClassPass offer are subject to ClassPass’s own terms and conditions, including eligibility, credits, auto-renewal, cancellation, and charges, as available at https://classpass.com/terms/mys


    D. Campaign Period 
    1. This Campaign will take place on 17th April 2026 and ends on 17th May 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Any purchase done before or after the Campaign Period will not receive the Thank You Card.

    E. Allocation of ClassPass Offer

    1. The allocation of free trial access or credits will be based on the time of the offer’s official launch. ClassPass reserves the sole discretion to modify, update or vary the amount of free credits offered at any time, in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions.

    G. Other Terms and Conditions
    Customers may perform multiple purchases during the Campaign Period. The redemption of ClassPass trial access or credits is limited to one (1) single user and for one (1) time redemption only.   UNIQLO may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any customer and/or revoke the redemption at any time, where:
    i. The customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein; or
    ii. The customer attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the Campaign by fraud, cheating or deception;
    iii. The customer fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable and/or truthful information during purchase, redemption and/or at any stage of this Campaign.
    Customers shall not engage in any conduct that directly or indirectly brings UNIQLO or the persons managing the Campaign in a state of disrepute. The use of ‘aliases’ shall be considered as a form of deception and is prohibited. UNIQLO, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may or may not choose to substitute the redemption with other item(s) determined solely by UNIQLO. In such an event, UNIQLO shall not be liable and/or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any form of claim and/or liabilities howsoever arising whether direct, indirect or otherwise. In the event that this Campaign cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, UNIQLO, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign and/or invalidate any entries for this Campaign without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the customers. Protection of personal data is important to UNIQLO. Any personal data collected during the registration process and/or during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of UNIQLO as published at https://www.uniqlo.com/my/store/help/privacy-policy and https://classpass.com/privacy/mys#:~:text=Third%2DParty%20Data.,preferences%20and%20other%20technical%20information. By submitting personal data to UNIQLO, customers hereby consent to UNIQLO to process his/her personal data according to the Privacy Policy. UNIQLO may at its sole and absolute discretion prohibit any customer’s involvement who in any manner whatsoever disrupts, tampers and/or engages in improper conduct that affects the Campaign and/or the administration of the Campaign and/or breaches any of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. The customer agrees that UNIQLO reserves the right to disclose the customers’ personal data in the event UNIQLO believes that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against an individual who might cause or may be causing damage to or interfere (whether intentionally or otherwise) with the Campaign and/or UNIQLO and/or any other third party’s rights or property which could be harmed by such activities. UNIQLO may also disclose the personal data of the customers and the representatives if required to do so by a court of law or other relevant body. The customers agrees that UNIQLO and its related and/or associated companies shall not be liable to the customers and/or any other party in any manner whatsoever for any form of liabilities, losses, claims and/or damages howsoever arising in connection with the Campaign or otherwise. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. UNIQLO shall not be held liable for any claims and liability howsoever arising from personal injuries, medical conditions and damage to property originating from the acceptance or use of the ClassPass Offer and the customer shall hold UNIQLO harmless from any such claims.
