【System Upgrade】 UNIQLO Malaysia Online Store: 2 - 4 March 2026

We are excited to announce that we will be updating the UNIQLO Malaysia website and APP this March, including the introduction of new services to make purchasing your LifeWear even better!

Please be informed that, due to a scheduled system update, certain services will be temporarily suspended, and several changes will take effect following the update. 

We appreciate your patience and support during this transition and thank you for your understanding.

Scheduled Update Notice
Scheduled Update Period: 2 - 4 March 2026

UNIQLO APP / website will be unavailable and online purchases cannot be checkout during this period. 
• Website access resumes: 3 March 2026
• UNIQLO APP access resumes: 4 March 2026

Customers who placed orders before 2 March 2026 can still check order status via email and continue to process exchanges or returns. 


   
Update & Changes
As the new update, we are excited to introduce new services. You will soon find details about the improvements we have made and navigation experience. 

Below are the key changes that will take effect once the website / UNIQLO APP available:

 
  • Password Reset (Needed After New Website Launch)

    Customers are required to reset the password as part of our system improvement after the scheduled update and new website launched on 3 March 2026 via website or 4 March 2026 via UNIQLO APP

  • Coupons

    Coupon will remain saved and can be used one the scheduled update is completed.

    All coupon can be view under 【Membership】 > 【Coupons】 after login your online account.

  • Wishlist & Shopping Cart

    After the scheduled update, any products saved in Wishlist & Shopping Cart before 3 March 2026 will be automatically removed.

    Customers will be able to create a new Wishlist with improved features after the scheduled update, including add products by size, along with preferred colors and styles. 

  • Order History & Purchase History

    After the scheduled update, 【Order History】 will be merged under【Purchase history】. You can view both Online and In-store purchase details under【Purchase history】.

    Online purchases before 3 March 2026 will not be migrated after the scheduled update. 

  • Return Process

    Please be informed that following the scheduled update, the return (refund) process for online purchases has been improved for a better experience.

    This enhancement applies only to online purchases made on or after 3 March 2026. For more details, please refer to the useful links below for the corresponding return methods:

    【Important Note】 
    • Return method for Pay-in-Store online purchases remain unchanged. 
    • Exchange method for both online & in-store purchases remain unchanged. 

Click & Collect Unavailable
Service Unavailable Period: 23 February - 11 March 2026

Click & Collect (including Same Day Delivery) service will be unavailable during this period. 
Customers can still shop online using Home Delivery (Ship to Address). Click (here) for more details. 


Alteration Unavailable
Service Unavailable Period: 26 February - 3 March 2026

Alteration service will be unavailable during this period. 
Products purchased online remain eligible for alteration services at all UNIQLO physical stores. Click (here) for more details. 


   
Bulk Purchase Unavailable
Service Unavailable Period: 26 February - 3 March 2026

Please be informed that the Bulk Purchase service will be temporarily unavailable during the stated period. All existing Bulk Purchase orders will continue to be processed, and delivery arrangements will proceed as usual until 26 February 2026.

Any new Bulk Purchase submissions, or deliveries that have not been scheduled before 26 February 2026, will be placed on hold and will resume from 4 March 2026 onward.


Questions About Click & Collect Closure
 

1. Can I still pick up Click & Collect or Same Day Delivery during closing period?

Yes, you can pick up your order that was placed before the 23 Feb at the store you have selected.  

2. I want to use my Birthday or Welcome Coupon for an online order with Click & Collect, as it will expire soon. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, Click & Collect is temporarily unavailable from 23 February to 11 March 2026, so the Birthday or Welcome Coupon cannot be used with this pickup method during that period.

You can still use your coupon by placing an online order with Home Delivery, and it will be applied without any issue.

3. I would like to place an online order with free shipping. How can I get it?

You can enjoy free shipping when you choose the Home Delivery option and spend a minimum of RM150 in a single order.
