How can we help?

UNIQLO (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company”) has established these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for the UNIQLO Roundtable Project (the “Project”) as follows: 

This Project consists of receiving email applications with a completed electronic form (the “Form”), selecting from the applicants those who will participate in the Project (the “Participants”) to have a discussion on various topics in the area of clothing, such as their impressions of wearing our products and the products they would buy, with a view to using them as reference for the Company’s future product development. 

Applicants must read and understand these Terms before submitting the Form. By applying for the Project, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms. 
 

【How to Apply】 

1. Applications will be accepted from 12 - 17 December 2025, latest by 8 p.m (MYT). 
2. Please fill out this Form, providing all required information, and submit during the application period. 
3. Each applicant may only apply once. Multiple applications may disqualify all applications made. 
 

【Application Eligibility】

1. Application is open to customers aged 18 and above.
2. Selected applicants (“Participants”) must be able to attend the discussion at the Project venue at: 

UNIQLO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., [First Avenue, Kuala Lumpur]. 

3. Employees of the Company and affiliated companies (regardless of full-time, part-time, or temporary) as well as their immediate families are not eligible to apply for the Project. 
 

【Announcement of Participants】 

1. The Participants will be selected and determined by the Company will be final, no appeal via correspondence or attempts to appeal, review, dispute of such determination and selection will be entertained.  
2. The Participants will be notified using the email address entered in the Form at the time of application.  
3. Participants’ rights and obligations under these Terms cannot be transferred to others. 
4. Should the selected Participants not reply to the Company’s notification email by the date specified in such email, or if the Company determines that there was an error in the information entered at the time of application, their right to participate will be forfeited. 
 

【Things to Note for Participants in the Project】 

1. Transportation expenses between the Project venue and the Participants’ home will be borne by the Participants. 
2. The Participants of the Project will receive a UNIQLO gift card worth RM 200 as a token of appreciation for participating in the Project. 
3. On the day of the Project discussion, the Company will audio-record the dialogue for record-keeping and analysis purposes. Participants should be aware of this and may be asked to sign a consent form. Anything the Participants say will remain confidential. Furthermore, the Company will not disclose the Participants’ information outside the Company unless otherwise required by law. 
4. All contents shared at the Project discussion will be confidential. Participants are strictly prohibited from disclosing any information obtained at the Project discussion to any third party (including family and friends), using it for their own purposes, or posting on the internet (e.g., social media, blogs, etc.). This obligation shall applies to all forms of communication and media, including but not limited to verbal discussion, written documents, photographs, recordings and shall remain in force indefinitely unless the Organizer provides prior written consent for disclosure. 
 

【Handling of Personal Information】 

1. Any personal information provided by applicants will be collected, stored, and processed by or on behalf of the Company strictly under applicable Malaysian data protection laws, based on the Company’s privacy policy, which can be viewed here: https://faq-my.uniqlo.com/  
2. An applicant’s personal information may be used for purposes such as notifying the applicant of the Company’s invitation to participate. 
3. By applying for the Project, you are deemed to have read and understood the privacy policy. 
 

【Disclaimer】

1. The Company , its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be responsible for any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, loss suffered by applicants arising out of or in connection with his/her participation ,the use, interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of the Project, unless there was intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

【General】

1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Project, the Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Project or these Terms at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to applicants. 
2. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Project, or acting in any manner deemed by the Company to be in violation of these Terms. 
3. The Company assumes no responsibility for: 

(i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Company or any applicant; 
(ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; 
(iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Project; 
(iv) any incorrect or incomplete information communicated during the Project; 
(v) any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the notification. 

4. To the full extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Company’s negligence, the Company, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel exclude all liability for any loss suffered or incurred by any applicant in connection with the Project. 
5. The Project and these Terms will be governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Project will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
