How it Works


ORDER & PICK allows you to order and pay online for items that are available at your local UNIQLO store to collect in as little as two hours*.

【Important Note】
• Order & Pick service is available at all stores except UNIQLO Gateway@KLIA2 and UNIQLO Aman Central.
• Some products may not be eligible for ORDER & PICK. 

• Online Alteration, Gift Service and Pre-Order are not eligible for ORDER & PICK.
• Order may be cancelled if the product is out of stock during the packing.
• Novelty is not eligible for ORDER & PICK service. 

When to use ORDER & PICK

• On your way home: Place order online and pick it up at the nearest UNIQLO store.
• Shop at your own pace: Browse and select products on the UNIQLO APP, then collect at UNIQLO store.
• Secure in-store stock: If a product is out of stock online, pay & reserve straight away and collect at UNIQLO store.

Step 1. Order through 【Find in store】 at product page in UNIQLO APP / website. 
Step 2. Receive email when it is ready for collection.
Step 3. Pick up at the store. 

 
  • Steps to Checkout

    Step 1. Select your product.
    Select the colour and size to check if the product is available for ORDER & PICK service.

    Step 2. Find the store.
    If the product at your preferred/ nearby store is out of stock, you can find a different store
    【Find in store】.
    *You can only collect your order from the store that you selected.
    *We are unable to transfer to a different store for 【ORDER & PICK】 order.

    Step 3. Add to Cart
    Click 【ORDER & PICK】 button to add into your shopping cart.

    Step 4. Proceed the checkout as normal in your shopping cart page. 
    *You can add different products within the same store by continue the above steps. 
    *Combining products from different store is not possible. Please proceed your checkout separately. 

   
Payment Method & Shipping Charges

Payment Method
Only Credit/Debit Card payment available at the moment. 

Shipping Charges
Free of charge with no minimum spend.


   
How to Collect & Collection Period

Pickup available starting 2 hours after order.

When your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an email for pickup.

Please present the UNIQLO APP membership ID barcode at the Click & Collect counter to collect your parcel. 

The parcel will have 14 days from the arrival date to collect. 

【Important Note】
• We aim to have your order ready in 2 hours. It may take longer during peak times. 
• Placing order 2 hours before store closing will be ready on the next day. 
• Uncollected orders after 14 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded. The refund will take 7-14 working days.

 
   
Return & Exchange

Returns and refunds cannot be processed in-store. 

However, you may exchange your product at any UNIQLO Malaysia store.

  • 1. When will my order be ready for collection?

    We aim to prepare your order within 2 hours during store opening hours.

    However, during peak times, it may take longer. Please wait for the confirmation email before visiting the store.

    Tip: Ensure you selected ORDER & PICK, as Click & Collect is a different service. 

  • 2. How long do I have to collect the order?

    You have 14 days to collect your order after receiving the “Your order is ready to collect” email.

  • 3. Can I change the pick-up store or cancel my order?

    Changes cannot be made once your order is confirmed, however the order can be cancelled within 30 minutes after the order is placed. 

    If you cannot collect your order, we will process the refund after 14 days.

  • 4. Why has my order been cancelled?

    If you receive a cancellation email, it may be because one or more items were out of stock.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and we will refund within 7–14 business days. 

  • 5. If the product is unavailable in any preferred store, what should I do?

    If a product is unavailable at your preferred store but available online, you can place an online order through Click & Collect service and deliver to your preferred store for self-collection.
