The refund will be based on the amount originally paid for the product. We do not offer price adjustment for any differences due to future mark down or promotional sales.
Please note that below deductions may apply to your refund:
• Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
• Gift Service fees: Non-refundable.
• Alteration fees: Non-refundable.
• Coupon value: Deducted proportionally may apply.
When a coupon is used, it is treated as redeemed and cannot be refunded or replaced. If you return any item from an order where a coupon was applied, the coupon value will be shared across the items based on their prices.
Your refund will reflect only the portion of the coupon that was used for the item you are returning.
Please refer to the below examples as your references:
Total: RM150
Items purchased: Jacket RM90, Jumper RM30, T‑Shirt RM30
Coupon applied: RM15 (minimum purchase RM150 required)
RM15 coupon is allocated proportionately across all items based its value in the purchase.

Jacket (RM90) → 60% of the order → RM9 coupon deduction

Jumper (RM30) → 20% of the order → RM3 coupon deduction

T‑Shirt (RM30) → 20% of the order → RM3 coupon deduction
Refund Scenarios

If you return the Jacket (RM90): The refund amount will be RM81 (Refund = RM90 − RM9 = RM81)

If you return the entire purchase (RM150): The refund amount will be RM135 (Refund = RM150 − RM15 = RM135)
Refunds are calculated based on the price after the multi-buy discount. The discount amount is prorated across products in the offer.
Please refer to the below example as your references:
Product A: Original Unit Price: RM20 per pieces; Multibuy Offer: RM55 per 3 pieces
Purchase Total: RM55
Multibuy Applied Unit Price: RM55 ÷ 3 = RM18.33
If you return 1 piece, Refund Amount = RM55 - (RM18.33 x 2) = RM55 - RM36.67 = RM18.33

1. I have only been partially refunded, when will I receive the rest of my refund?
Please check the deduction criteria listed above as your return may have been subject to these.
Additionally, if you returned products from another order within the same parcel, this may have resulted in a significant delay in processing or an incorrect refund.
Please note that refunds are often processed in multiple batches. This means the total refund amount may be split across several transactions, so you might see only part of the refund initially. It can take a few additional days for the full refund to be reflected in your account. Please be assured that the remaining amount is on its way. -
