Alteration service is available in all stores and online store.

• The service is available only for selected bottoms.
• The alteration result may have ± 1cm deviation.

For In-Store Purchases
Visit any of our stores and approach our cashier to request for alteration service.【Important Note】
• Please remember bring along the physical purchase receipt.
• For bottoms with a normal stitch can be collected on the same day*.
• For bottoms with blind stitch can be collected on the next day*.
*Timing may vary depending on the store's alteration capacity.
For Online Purchases
If the product is eligible for alteration service, there will be an option to choose the alteration type (Normal/ Blind Stitch) and the desired inseam length.(Example)
【Important Note】
• Some products may not be eligible for alteration, or may only allow Normal Stitch alterations.
• For online alteration, please allow an additional 3 working days on top of the standard delivery time.
• Online alteration is not available for Same Day Delivery Click & Collect.
Our alterations service (shortening only) is available for selected UNIQLO bottoms.
Please note that alterations may affect the tapered silhouette and we do not offer this service for the following products:

2. Ankle & Cropped Pants
3. Jogger Pants
4. Active Pants
5. AIRism Leggings
6. Lounge Bottoms (Selected)
7. Skirts & Dresses
8. HEATTECH Products
9. Non-UNIQLO Products
1. If I requested alteration for online purchase, how long is the total delivery time required?
Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with courier tracking number.
2. Will the extra fabric from the altered bottom will be included in the parcel delivered to me?
3. Is there an option to lengthen the pants or undo the alteration?
4. May I request an alteration for old pants or 2nd (multiple times) on the same pants?
Please be informed that you will be charged for the alteration fees as below should you request the service in our store:
Item below RM50
Blind Stitch: RM20
Normal Stitch: RM10
Item RM50 or above
Blind Stitch: RM10

5. I have lost my purchase receipt. Can I request for the alteration service in store?
Please be informed that you will be charged for the fixed rate as below:

6. Does your store accept alteration service for the pants that I purchased from online?

12. What if my alteration request can't be done due to length or material issues?
As such, our customer service team will contact you in advance prior the online order delivery.
