UNIQLO Gift Cards can be purchased at any UNIQLO Malaysia store and are non-refundable.
Denomination: RM100, RM150, RM250
Payment Method: Credit/ Debit Card/ AMEX/ QR Payment
Our UNIQLO Gift Card can be used for in-store purchases in all UNIQLO Malaysia stores.
Please queue-in our cashier counter to seek for our staff during your checkout payment in our store. To use in self-checkout counter, simply scan the barcode at the tablet or enter your card number and PIN.
You may combine with other available payment method in store if your UNIQLO Gift Card insufficient balance for the payment.
*UNIQLO Gift Cards cannot be purchased online nor used as payment (Pay in Store) for online purchases.

1. The system displays an error when I try to check my gift card balance on the website.
The system will show an error if your gift card has no balance or has expired.
2. Where can I find my gift card PIN number?
The 4 digit PIN number for your gift card is located on the back side of the card. It is concealed beneath the gray colored film. Gently scratch the film off to expose the concealed PIN.
3. How can I top up my gift card or use it to make a purchase in-store?
The value of the gift card cannot be topped up.
To use your gift card, please queue at the cashier counter and our staff will assist you in scanning it to complete the your purchase.
If there's a balance due, you are required to pay the difference using another payment method (or another gift card).
4. If my purchased amount is less than the amount on my gift card, can I apply the remaining balance to my next in-store purchase?
You can use any available amount balance in your gift card for your next purchases in-store.
5. Can I request a refund for purchases made with gift cards (or any other payment combined with gift cards)?
You may visit any of our stores for exchange request. However, refunds are not permitted for purchases made using a gift card as payment.

6. Can I get a replacement if I misplaced my gift card?
We are truly sorry to hear that your gift card has been misplaced. Each gift card carries a unique code that cannot be reissued once lost, and this limitation prevents us from issuing a replacement. We apologise for the inconvenience and deeply appreciate for your kind understanding.
