UNIQLO online order delivery times may vary based on the selected method:

Home Delivery	Sabah & Sarawak	4-6 working days
Click & Collect	West Malaysia	2-3 working days
Click & Collect	Sabah & Sarawak	4-5 working days

*Not applicable for orders with alterations or gift wrapping.
*Not applicable for orders on weekends, Public Holidays.

Additional Information

Certain online orders may take longer to deliver due to availability and other factors. Please check as below:

	Extra Days Required on top of Normal Delivery
Product from Different Warehouse*	1 - 2 working days
Online Alteration	1 - 3 working days

• *This happens when we are restocking the item from another location after is sell out online.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.

How to Check Estimated Delivery Time

The Estimated Delivery Time for each online order will be shown after a Delivery Method had been selected during checkout.

After an online order had been confirmed, as estimated delivery time can be viewed from 【Order Confirmation Email】 or by checking 【Order History】 in UNIQLO APP/ website under membership.

*You will receive a 【Shipment Confirmation Email】 once your order is packed and handed over to the delivery company.
*The estimated delivery time is for reference; delivery may take an additional 1 or 2 days during the peak seasons.
