How to Check Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Lead Time

UNIQLO online order delivery times may vary based on the selected method:

• Home Delivery (Ship to Address):
West Malaysia: 2 - 3 working days
East Malaysia: 4 - 6 working days

• Click & Collect :
West Malaysia: 2 - 3 working days
East Malaysia: 4 - 5 working days

• Same Day Click & Collect :
Order by 11:59am MYT (Monday to Friday):
→ Ready for pickup from 7pm the same day.

Orders 12pm onwards (Monday to Thursday):
→ Ready for pickup from 7pm the next working day.
*Service applicable for selected stores only. Click (here) for more details.
*Not applicable for orders with alterations or gift wrapping.
*Not applicable for orders on weekends, Public Holidays.

Orders that may require additional processing time

Certain online orders may take longer to deliver due to availability and other factors. Please check as below:

	Extra Days Required on top of Normal Delivery
Product from Different Warehouse	1 - 2 working days
Online Alteration	1 - 3 working days

*Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.

How to Check Estimated Delivery Time

The Estimated Delivery Time for each online order will be shown after a Delivery Method had been selected during checkout.

After an online order had been confirmed, as estimated delivery time can be viewed from 【Order Confirmation Email】 or by checking 【Order History】 in UNIQLO APP/ website under membership.

*You will receive a 【Shipment Confirmation Email】 once your order is packed and handed over to the delivery company.
*The estimated delivery time is for reference; delivery may take an additional 1 or 2 days during the peak seasons.
