Step 1. Choose your T-shirt.
• Refer to the T-shirt samples at the UTme! booth to find the most suitable size.
Step 2. Customise your T-shirt at the UTme! booth.
• Design the T-shirt with the iPad provided, by deciding on the placement and size of the sticker or picture.
• May use personal picture or select stickers from our local and global collections. The latest collections can be found (here).
Step 3. Check the design guidelines.
• If the design does not adhere to the guidelines, we may not be able to process your order.
• Please check with our store staff on the printing possibility if using personal picture. Customer may share the image (recommended .jpeg or .png format) with our staff directly.
• Please ensure that the design content is original and there are no infringements of intellectual property rights.

Step 4. Print your T-shirt.
• Please notify our store staff to complete the payment before printing.
• It takes an average of 20 minutes to print a UTme! T-shirt, subject to store capacity.

1. Can I use my own design for the UTme! printing?
Please make sure that your submitted design does not include the following prohibited content. We may not be able to accept orders depending on your design.
Unauthorized contents that infringe on third party rights:
- Names, portraits, photographs, and/ or other contents of celebrities, entertainers, and famous characters.
- Photographs of other individuals (person identifiable).
- Names, brand names, logos, and/or other contents which express famous companies and famous brands.
- Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
Inappropriate immoral content:
- Indecent or vulgar language or content.
- Content that causes disgust, discomfort, or anxiety.
- Content that damages the reputation or could cause other harm to a third party.
- Antisocial content.
- Political content.
- Other content that we deem to be inappropriate.
2. Can I return or exchange the UTme! product?
UTme! products are not eligible for return & exchange. Please check the size guide before your purchase and consult with our staff when printing.
3. How to send my own design for the UTme! printing?
You are required to email your design for the UTme! printing service. Please visit our selected store (as above) and our person in charge will share the email address.
4. What type image/ design format file accepted for UTme! printing?
We are highly recommending sharing your own design in JPEG or PNG format for the UTme! printing service.
5. Can I print Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) for UTme! printing?
We regret to share that printing of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is strictly prohibited.
6. Can I print my design on the back?
For UTme! printing, we only able to print the design on the front of the T-shirt.
7. How long do I need to wait for the printing?
The UTme! printing process will take around 20mins, subject to the store capacity. You may contact our store in advance for further advise.
8. How to choose my size?
The Adults' T-shirt cutting is based on UT male design. You may refer to below size guide as your references:

9. What is the recommendation for washing method?
1) Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing to reduce the friction on the printed area when tumbling in the washing machine.
2) Use low temperature or cold wash settings.
3) Wash dark color item separately.
4) Use a mild laundry detergent.
5) Hang it to dry under the shade.
