Please note that all clothing items must be in a clean condition in order to execute a repair.

Repairs are only available for selected materials and products.

Collection Period

• Product will be ready within same day (depending on the type of repairs needed). Staff will advise further during the consultation.

   
Frequently Asked Questions
 

1. Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with the repair outcome?

We will not proceed the refund. However, a sample will be shown before the payment. If the customer is agreeable to the sample of the outcome, they will then proceed the payment and repair service.

2. I need a repair service to replace my lost button. Do I need to provide my own?

We currently do not offer button or selling it for our repair service . Please provide your personal button or an extra one from your original purchase to proceed the repair service.

3. Can I request to collect the item at a different store?

Please be informed that the item only can be collected in the same store where you request the repair service.

4. Can I request for other repair service that are not included in the list above?

Our repair team only able to provide the repair services listed above and has the rights to reject repairs that we would not be able to perform due to quality issue. 

5. Can I request repair service for non-UNIQLO products?

Our repair service is only available for UNIQLO product.
