Q. ⚠️【Notice】Warehouse Stock Take - Delay in Returns & Delivery

Due to warehouse stock take on 13 – 14 August 2025, the order returns and deliveries will require additional processing time:

Home Delivery + Click & Collect
Orders placed during this period will be delivered starting 15 August onwards

Same Day Click & Collect
Same Day collection will be suspended for orders placed after 12 August, 12pm. Service will resume 15 August 2025.

Online Returned Parcel & Refund
For parcels returned from 12 August onwards, refunds will be processed after our stock take. Please expect a delay of 4 - 6 working days.
