If your order is updated as delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, customer are always encouraged to report missing parcels or delivery dispute within 90 days of the recorded delivery date.
Due to courier data retention practices, proof of delivery and related records may no longer be available after this period which may affect our ability to investigate or validate delivery-related claims.
1. I have not been receiving my order after your delivery lead time.
It is recommended to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season due to courier heavy delivery capacity. While some products may require to be transferred beforehand and it will require extra 1-2 working days on top of above-mentioned delivery lead time.

2. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
You may cancel the online order within 30 mins after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.
If your online order proceeded and shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.

4. What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I have not received it?
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible so that we can investigate the delivery with he courier. To ensure a thorough investigation, we recommend contacting us within 90 days from the delivery date.
Courier partners may only retain delivery records and proof of delivery for a limited period. Requests submitted after this period may limit our ability to verify the delivery status or obtain supporting documentation from the courier. Our team will review each case individually and provide assistance based on the information available at the time of investigation.
5. Do you offer international delivery?
We only ship to Malaysia address for the time being and our online store only services within Malaysia.
