Please read the following Giveaway Campaign terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the T&C”) before participating in the LIVE STATION Giveaway Campaign (hereinafter “the Campaign”) as organized and provided by UNIQLO Malaysia Sdn Bhd (hereinafter “UNIQLO”). 

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the T&C of this Campaign. You agree that the use of term “Participant” shall also refer to you collectively. 

Terms of Application

To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, you must meet the following Eligibility Requirements: 

  1. 1. You must agree to these T&C; 

  1. 2. You must comply with the Eligibility Requirements and Entry Procedures set forth in each LIVE STATION Giveaway Campaign (https://www.uniqlo.com/my/en/special-feature/live-station); 

  1. 3. You must be eighteen (18) years old and above at the time you participate in the Campaign. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of your participation in the Campaign, you must procure your parent or legal guardian’s prior consent or approval which UNIQLO may request you to provide. Where such proof of consent is not provided upon request, UNIQLO reserves the right to disqualify and void your participation;  

  1. 4. You must have a valid and active UNIQLO Application Membership ID; and 

  1. 5. You must be a resident of Malaysia or residing in Malaysia with a valid mailing address within Malaysia. 

Notes
  • • UNIQLO reserves the right not to entertain any questions regarding the selection of winners of this Campaign. 

  • • Rights acquired through this Campaign are not transferable to third parties. 

  • • There is no entry fee payable or required to be paid to participate in this Campaign. However, you are required to fulfil the specific requirements as specified under each Campaign to ensure successful participation (“Entry Procedures”).  

  • • Some internet providers/network environments may not be compatible with the Campaign. You are responsible to use to a stable and suitable internet provider/network environment to ensure continued use or participation in the Campaign. 

  • • The Campaign result or winner announcement will be made via LIVE STATION and/or UNIQLO official communication channel (UNIQLO Malaysia’s Official Instagram page, @uniqlomyofficial), where applicable.  

  • • UNIQLO strictly prohibits any resale of Giveaway Prize. All Giveaway Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or returned.  

  • • If you do not complete the Entry Procedures and LIVE STATION Giveaway Campaign Form  before the Campaign Deadline, or if UNIQLO is unable to deliver the Giveaway Prize due to incomplete or inaccurate information, the Giveaway Prize will be forfeited. 

  • • Should a Giveaway Prize be returned to UNIQLO as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, it will be considered forfeited.  

  • • There will be no re-drawing for this Campaign in the event the Giveaway Prize is unable to deliver to you due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided. 

  • • Minors (below the age of 18) must procure a parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter the Campaign.  

  • • The Campaign is not open to UNIQLO’s employees and their immediate family members, advertising companies, its agents or anyone else connected to the administration and execution of the Campaign. 

  • • Giveaway Prize will only be shipped to a valid mailing address in Malaysia. 

Prohibitions

You shall not engage in any of the following in connection with the Campaign:- 

  1. 1. Posting violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or other content that is offensive to the presenter/host and other Participants. 

  1. 2. Engaging in illegal activities or posting content that encourages illegal activities. 

  1. 3. Violating or threatening the property rights, trademarks, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or to violate other rights of UNIQLO or any third party. 

  1. 4. Invading the privacy or defaming the reputation or credibility of UNIQLO or any third party. 

  1. 5. Collecting personal information of other Participants. 

  1. 6. Providing services similar to the Campaign by using the name of the Campaign or a name similar to the name of the Campaign. 

  1. 7. Including the name of this Campaign in meta tags, etc. of any website you control. 

  1. 8. Interfering with the proper operation of this Campaign through virus programs, unauthorized access, or other harmful means. 

  1. 9. Duplicating, editing, adapting, distributing or reselling the information or services provided by this Campaign. 

  1. 10. Engaging in any activity that involves recruiting any third party to participate for personal gain or use the Campaign to promote or operate any unauthorised scheme, referral programme, or business activities.  

  1. 11. Inducing or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the foregoing activities. 

  1. 12. Engaging in any acts that violate laws and regulations, offend public order, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by UNIQLO. 

  1. 13. Participating in the Campaign where your account or access to UNIQLO services has been suspended due to violation of UNIQLO’s Terms of Use.

You agree that if you violate the preceding paragraph, UNIQLO may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in this Campaign or take any other necessary action without prior notice.
 
Others
  • • UNIQLO reserves the right to revise the Campaign and these T&C, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you, if it deems it necessary. In this case, the revision will be effective at the time of posting. 

  • • UNIQLO reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Campaign in the event of unavoidable circumstances. 

  • • UNIQLO disclaims all warranties of any kind (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of security, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose) with respect to this Campaign. 

  • • UNIQLO may publish updates, announcements or information relating to the Campaign through its official communication channels. 

  • • UNIQLO is under no obligation to provide you with any individual advice, ongoing updates or notifications or information about this Campaign.  

  • • Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of UNIQLO, UNIQLO shall not be liable for any of the following:  

  1. 1. Any damages suffered by you or any third party as a result of change in these T&C or any interruption, delay, suspension or termination of this Campaign. 
  2. 2. Damage to you resulting from unauthorized use of your information by a third party. 
  3. 3. Damages incurred by you as a result of UNIQLO taking action it deems necessary in the event that UNIQLO believes that you have violated these T&C. 
  4. 4. Any damages incurred by you or any third party as a result of participating in this Campaign. In the event UNIQLO is liable for damages, the extent of UNIQLO's liability shall be limited to direct and actual damages suffered by you, and UNIQLO shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits).  
  • • These T&C are made in English and shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. 

Handling of Personal Information

UNIQLO collects your personal information for the purposes of administering this Campaign, including notifying the results, arranging for Giveaway Prize delivery, and responding to enquiries related to this Campaign. All personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with UNIQLO Privacy Policy (https://faq-my.uniqlo.com/pkb_Home_UQ_MY?id=kA0Ie000000TP5e).
