About E‑Receipts & Online Invoices (Return Form)
E‑receipts for in‑store purchases and online invoices are now available for UNIQLO Malaysia members.
UNIQLO Malaysia members can use the e‑receipts for in‑store purchases and online invoices for online orders via the UNIQLO App and website, as proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.

How to View Your Online Invoice
E‑receipts are available to all customers with a UNIQLO Malaysia membership.
- The E‑receipt option MUST be selected at the time of payment. Once selected, you will receive an e‑receipt by email and in your UNIQLO App within 1 hour.
- Please note that an E‑receipt will NOT be automatically issued if the option was not chosen during checkout, even if you are a UNIQLO member.
To receive an E‑receipt, please present or scan your UNIQLO membership barcode at the self‑checkout or at the cashier. You can find your membership barcode in your UNIQLO App or on our website, click here for more details on locating your membership ID.
If you have not registered for a UNIQLO account, we would recommend downloading the UNIQLO App to easily access your membership ID barcode.
Please see the steps below:

Self Checkout
STEP 1
Before you begin your transaction, you will be prompted to scan your membership barcode or to manually type the Membership ID that can be found in your UNIQLO App.
STEP 2
Please proceed with adding your items to the cart, and once finalised, please select your method of payment and proceed with checkout.
STEP 3
When payment is completed and you are given the option to select Receipt Type, please select either [Only Print Receipt] or [Print & E-Receipt]. You will need to select [Print & E-Receipt] to request an E‑receipt and for it be shown on your UNIQLO App.
STEP 4
A 'Thank You' screen will appear to confirm your e-receipt was sent to your email and your e-receipt will be available in your UNIQLO App under [Purchase History > In-Store Purchases Tab > View Receipt], if E‑receipt was selected. -
Staff Checkout
If you choose an e‑receipt at any UNIQLO Malaysia store, we’ll email it to you. You can also find it anytime in your UNIQLO Membership account.

Email Delivery E-Receipt
- Your e-receipt will be sent to your email inbox shortly after your purchase.
- Please also check your spam/junk folders.
- Make sure you can receive emails from: order@mail.uniqlo.com.my

Self Checkout & Staff Checkout
- View your e-receipts in your UNIQLO account or find this in your Purchase History > In-Store Purchases Tab > View Receipt.
- You can see your item history for store and online purchases, under your Purchase History > Purchase History tab. Items will be reflected the next day, if you scan your membership barcode at checkout.
Online invoices can be viewed through both the UNIQLO App and the UNIQLO Website. Follow the steps below to access your invoice anytime.
- STEP 1 - Log in to your UNIQLO App ➡️ Membership ➡️ Purchase History ➡️ Select Online Purchase
- STEP 2 - Choose your online order ➡️ View Invoice / Request E‑Invoice
