We are unable to modify your online order once it is confirmed. This includes changing to:

• Delivery Address
• Delivery Method
• Delivery Date

To make changes, please cancel your current online order and you may place a new online order.

• Online order with "Pay in Store" cannot be cancelled. Please consider a return & refund instead.

If more than 30mins have passed and your online order has been shipped by our courier partner, please contact the assigned courier service for assistance:

【Important Note】
• Changing the delivery method or Click & Collect location is not available.
• Updating the address in your membership account will not affect the delivery arrangement for your current online order.
