Fitting Room Usage Policy Update

Item Guideline
To provide a smoother fitting room experience for all customers, UNIQLO may apply a fitting room item guideline during busy periods such as weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, and other peak shopping times.

During these periods, customers may be requested to bring up to 3 items per fitting room entry. If additional items need to be tried on, customers may be asked to rejoin the queue after completing their first fitting room session.

When fitting room demand is lower and fitting rooms are readily available, our store staff may exercise flexibility based on the actual fitting room situation and customer needs.
