Refund is based on the total amount paid. Where a coupon was used for your purchase, the coupon value will be deducted proportionally from the refunded item(s).
Shipping fees and gift service fees are non-refundable.
When a coupon is used, it is treated as redeemed and cannot be refunded or replaced. If you return any item from an order where a coupon was applied, the coupon value will be shared across the items based on their prices.
Your refund will reflect only the portion of the coupon that was used for the item you are returning.
Please refer to the example below for illustration purposes:
Total: RM150
Items purchased: Jacket RM90, Jumper RM30, T‑Shirt RM30
Coupon applied: RM15 (minimum purchase RM150 required)
RM15 coupon is allocated proportionately across all items based its value in the purchase.

Jacket (RM90) → 60% of the order → RM9 coupon deduction

Jumper (RM30) → 20% of the order → RM3 coupon deduction

T‑Shirt (RM30) → 20% of the order → RM3 coupon deduction
Refund Scenarios

If you return the Jacket (RM90): The refund amount will be RM81 (Refund = RM90 − RM9 = RM81)

If you return the entire purchase (RM150): The refund amount will be RM135 (Refund = RM150 − RM15 = RM135)

1. What deductions may apply when I request a refund?
When returning an item, certain charges are non-refundable, and the refund amount may be subject to adjustment.

Coupon value - Where a coupon has been used, a proportional coupon deduction will be applied based on the value of the returned item.
This ensures that the coupon value is fairly distributed across all items in the order.

2. What happens if my refund causes the remaining purchase to fall below the coupon’s minimum spend?
If refund results in the remaining purchase no longer meets the coupon’s minimum spend requirement, the coupon will no longer apply, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

3. I have not received my refund. What should I do?
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date the returned item is received and successfully inspected. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
