【Order to Me】service is a customer service that allows customers to purchase any item from the online store with the help from UNIQLO staff.
Our store staff will help to find the item you saw online and place an order in our online store.

Step 1 Talk to our staff
If you cannot find the product you want in the store, ask the staff nearby to look for you.
Step 2 Find the product
Our staff will check the stock level and help to place an order from online store.
Step 3 Make the payment
Complete your payment in our store cashier (click here for T&C).
Alternatively, checkout via online payment using Credit/ Debit card.
Step 4 Receive the goods

1. Can I request to collect the item in another store?
Yes, you can choose another store location for self-collection. Please ensure to choose the delivery method as Click & Collect and select your desired store during checkout.

2. Can you reserve the item for me to collect later?
You can place the online order and choose self-collection in store via Click & Collect service. The parcel will be kept for 21 days before expiry.
