Once your online order is shipped and assigned to our courier (NinjaVan/ PosLaju) for delivery arrangement, you will receive an email from our system with the parcel tracking number.
You may check the parcel delivery status on NinjaVan (here)/ PosLaju (here). They will further update the delivery estimation date once arrive in the courier sorting hub.
Click & Collect
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a pickup email notification to collect your parcel in the store.
Alternatively, you may login to your online account and check under [Order History] for the order status.
For each order status explanation, please refer to below:
[Arrival Waiting] = Preparing the parcel and pending for delivery. [Ready for pickup] = Parcel is ready for collection in store. [Received Complete] = Parcel collected successfully in store.
