Q. How do I shop online

To shop online, please check the below step-by-step guide: 
 

UNIQLO App:

1. Find your desired item. Select preferred size and colour and click [ADD TO CART] on the bottom in same page.



2.  Click [CHECKOUT] if you done with the shopping.
 


3. Select delivery option.
(Delivery to Home Address or Click & Collect at any UNIQLO Stores).
 


4. To utilize coupon (if applicable)
 


6. Choose your payment option.
 


7. Click [PLACE ORDER] once everything confirmed and it will redirect you to the payment page.



8. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment made.

Web Browser:

1. Find desired item. Select preferred size and colour and click [ADD TO CART].
 



2. Click [VIEW CART] to review items in your cart.
 



3. You may view the order summary and click [COUPON] if you have any coupon discount to use. Proceed [CHECKOUT] once confirmed.
 


4. You will be request to login if you are not login or linked with online account.
 


5. Select delivery option.
(Delivery to Address or Click & Collect at UNIQLO Stores)
 


6. Choose your payment option.
 


7. Click [PLACE ORDER] once everything confirmed and it will redirect you to the payment page.



8. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment made.
