Q. Login Online Account with App

To login your online account in UNIQLO App, please follow the below instructions:

1. Open the UNIQLO App.
2. Click the【MEMBERSIHP】icon on the bottom.
3. Click on【PROFILE SETTINGS】.
4. Click【LOGIN】.
5. Enter your online email and password details
6. If you do not have an online account with us, you may choose【CREATE AN ACCOUNT】.

Kindly be informed that your UNIQLO account will be auto logged of after inactive for 120 days.

1. Will my online account auto log from my primary phone UNIQLO App if I try to login from another phone UNIQLO App?

Your online account will not be logged out automatically regardless of login different devices. However, the online account will auto-log out if inactive for more than 120 days.

2. Where can I find the App membership ID/ barcode?

The App membership ID can be found by clicking the 【MEMBERSHIP】 icon in your UNIQLO App.

Your App membership ID will be shown under the barcode.

3. Can I get back the same App membership ID if I change to a new phone?

The App membership ID will be different and cannot be inherited if you change your phone and login account in your App Store.
