Q. About Order Status

To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in our UNIQLO website/ UNIQLO App. 

Once login, click the [HUMAN] icon on the top banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY].

For UNIQLO App user, you may click [MEMBERSHIP] on the bottom banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY]. 

We are using Ninja Van (here) / PosLaju (here) courier for home delivery and you may track the parcel delivery status in the next working day once receive the tracking number. 

Click & Collect online order will deliver to our store from warehouse. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in [ORDER HISTORY] will update as [Ready for pickup].
