Q. About Gift Card & Balance Checking

We offer UNIQLO Gift Cards in the following denominations:
1) RM50
2) RM100
3) RM150
4) RM200
5) RM250

Terms & Conditions:
1) UNIQLO Gift Cards can be purchased at any UNIQLO Malaysia store and are non-refundable. 
2) Only redeemable for purchases made at UNIQLO Malaysia stores.
3) Subject to a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase. You are required to show the physical gift card during your purchase in store when making the payment.
4) Not valid for extension and it will be deemed void if the barcode is defaced and/or the security feature is damaged. 
5) Terms and conditions of this card may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of UNIQLO Malaysia.


UNIQLO Gift Cards cannot be purchased online nor used as payment for online purchases.

1. How to check my gift card balance?

You can check the gift card balance by visiting any of our store with our cashier or click (here) for self-checking. 

Alternatively, you may click the button "CHAT SUPPORT" on below for further assist from our live chat agent. 

2. Where can I find my gift card PIN number?


The 4 digit PIN number for your gift card is located on the back side of the card. It is concealed beneath the gray colored film. Gently scratch the film off to expose the concealed PIN.

3. Can I return the product for purchase paid by gift card?

You may visit any of our stores for exchange request. However, refund is not allowed for purchase paid by gift card.
