Q. About Malaysia MyInvois (e-Invoice) Request

Malaysia government has implemented MyInvois (e-Invoice, as issued per Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia's e-invoice guidelines) and is now available upon request for your UNIQLO purchases in all stores and online. 
 
  • How do I submit my request for e-Invoice?

    *Remark: Only transactions/ online orders made from 1 August 2024 onwards can be issued
  • Am I required to provide the details to UNIQLO (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for the issuance of e-Invoice?

    Yes, you are required to share the details to UNIQLO (Malaysia) SDN Bhd for the purpose of issuing the e-Invoice. 
  • How long does it take to process my request?

    It will take approximately ten (10) business days from the request date to process depending on the completeness of the information provided.
  • Can I request return/ exchange using this e-Invoice?

    The e-Invoice cannot be used for any return and exchange for your UNIQLO purchases in store or online. Based on our Return & Exchange policy (here), an original physical purchase receipt/ invoice must be presented for all refund and exchange requests.
