You may unsubscribe from our Newsletter (here) or by clicking 'Unsubscribe' from any of the emails you have received from us.
It may take up to 3 working days for your request to be completed in system. We do apologise if you still receive an email from us during this period.
Should you still receiving the Newsletter, it may due to you had subscribed our Newsletter with multiple email address. As such, please proceed the unsubscribe step with your respective email addresses individually.
Should you had subscribed other country Newsletter, you are required to unsubscribe in the respective country website as well.
For UNIQLO App users, check out simple steps below on how to unsubscribe using Uniqlo App:
1) Login to your online account and select Profile.
2) Under profile settings, please select Edit Profile.
3) Scroll down until you can see 【COMFIRM SUBSCRIPTION】 and UNTICK the box for - Uniqlo newsletter.
