New password must fulfil the following requirements:
1) Minimum 8 characters
2) Should contain minimum 1 alphabet
3) Should contain minimum 1 number

Here are the steps to reset your login password:

1) Click 【FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD】 in the Login page.

2) Fill in your registered email address and click 【SUBMIT】.

3) You will receive an email from system with your personal reset password link within an hour.

4) Open the link and change your password.

Please check your email Spam/ Junk folder.
The password reset link will be valid for 2 hours only.
Password must be 8 – 20 letters, and contain both letters and numbers;
Only 4 symbols can be used: - _ . @

Please check if the spelling of provided email is correct.

If still showing the same message, it means that our system is unable to recognize your email address. This will happen when you only downloaded our UNIQLO App without registering as our online membership. Please click (here) to register as our online membership.
