Q. My store doesn't appear in the Store Locator.

The Store Locator function uses the GPS function on your smartphone to locate stores. Please check that you have the GPS function of your phone switched on.
Please note that if you are in an area that is experiencing poor reception, this may affect the accuracy of the GPS function.
