UNIQLO online order offer standard delivery service and deliver your parcel to home or appointed address with care.

    RM20 flat rate charged per online order
    Free shipping with minimum spend RM150*
  • Delivery Lead Time

    Klang Valley: 1 - 3 working days
    Peninsular Malaysia: 2 - 4 working days

    Sabah & Sarawak: 3 - 6 working days

Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with our courier tracking number from our system.

Depending on which courier was assigned to deliver your parcel, you may check the delivery status with the provided tracking number in:

On the morning out for delivery, our courier will give an SMS as a notification.


 


Frequently Asked Question

1. I have not been receiving my order after your delivery lead time.

It is recommended to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season due to courier heavy delivery capacity. While some products may require to be transferred beforehand and it will require extra 1-2 working days on top of above-mentioned delivery lead time.

2. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

You may cancel the online order within 30 mins after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.

2) Click membership profile icon (bottom right).
3) Click the 【ORDER HISTORY】.
4) Log in your UNIQLO online account.

4. Do you offer international delivery?

We only ship to Malaysia address for the time being and our online store only services within Malaysia.
