Step2: UNIQLO confirm the availability and create quotation (2-3 business days)
Step3: Received an email with quotation and payment link**
Step4: Customer to confirm the quotation and complete the payment (within 7 business days*)
Step5: UNIQLO prepare delivery arrangement (3 business days)
Step6: Customer receive order number confirmation & delivery tracking details
Delivery Timeline:
Klang Valley: 1 - 3 working days
Peninsular Malaysia: 2 - 4 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3 - 6 working days
**A rejection email will be received instead if the T&C not fulfilled or inventory unable to fulfil the order request.

Return Policy:
All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In the event that the products are found to have manufacturing defect, they can be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of Collection subject to the following conditions:
1) The tax invoice is available; and
2) The Goods are in the new and original condition with price tag and sticker attached.
