Q. NinjaVan Online Return Special Rate

Introducing return service using NinjaVan to return your UNIQLO online purchase. 

This return & refund service is applicable for online order with ONLINE PAYMENT only.

How it Works

1) Visit nearby Ninja Outlets (here).

2) Show UNIQLO's Return Form & Invoice.


3) Ninja Outlets will help to fill the details and pack the returned item(s). 

4) Pay via cash or E-wallet (subject to the outlets availability).

5) Receive the receipt and Ninja driver will schedule return to UNIQLO warehouse. 

Postage Rate

First 1 kg, RM6 
Every subsequent per 1kg, RM0.80 

*Charges are by per parcel basis, according to weight, or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
*Maximum of 30kg weight or volumetric weight (whichever higher).
*Maximum cumulative dimensions (L+W+H) of 200cm with one side not more than 100cm.

Refund & Processing Time

Your parcel will return to our warehouse for refund within 5 working days (starting from the day your parcel handover to NinjaVan). 

Once your return has been confirmed, the amount will be refunded into your original payment mode. You will also receive an notification for every successful refund confirmed.

Frequently Asked Question

Can I pack multiple online orders in one return?

Yes, you can return multiple online orders in one return package.

Please include your each online order INVOICE and RETURN FORM inside your returned parcel.

How to check the delivery status for my returned parcel?

Once your online return submission is confirmed, NinjaVan will send you an email with a tracking ID or refer to below receipt/ Return AirWay Bill.

Which items are not allowed for return?

Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.

Do you accept return or exchange for items that have been altered?

We do not accept return or exchange for item that had been altered (shorten/ hemmed).
