Q. How to exchange for In-Store & Online Purchase

Please follow the below steps to exchange your online/ in-store purchase:

1) Visit any UNIQLO Malaysia physical store.
2) Bring along the original invoice/ purchase receipt and the product(s) in with original product packaging, price tags and labels. 
3) Queue at cashier counter to request for a product exchange.

3) You can exchange to same product in different size or color.
4) You can exchange to different product with same or higher price value. In exchange for the higher-value product, you are required to top up the price difference.


 
 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the return & exchange validity period?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you purchased in store / received the online order. 

Example: If you received the parcel on May 1st, we can handle it until May 30th.

2. Do you accept return or exchange without the original receipt/ price tag/ item label?

As per our Return & Exchange Policy, UNIQLO receipt (invoice), price tag & item label needs to be presented as original condition for all refunds and exchanges.

3. Can I exchange in a different store instead from the original store?

You can exchange your purchase at any UNIQLO store in Malaysia.

4. Which items are not allowed for return or exchange?

Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.

5. Do you accept return or exchange for items that have been altered?

We do not accept return or exchange for item that had been altered (shorten/ hemmed). 

6. Can I exchange online exclusive product (extra sizes, collaboration, etc) at the store?

The exchange service is subject to our UNIQLO physical store availability of colours and sizes.

Where a colour and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online store to physical stores will not be arranged. Please consider returning the item for refund and place a new online order.
